Despite not having any formal education, she has taught over a hundred students and her disciples include many famous people.

• An IAS officer who worked in factory, slept on platform, cracked UPSC exam, got 101st rank: Sivaguru Prabhakaran's story is one of perseverance and determination. Born in a family of farmers, he started working as a sawmill operator but never gave up on his dream of becoming an IAS officer. He cracked the UPSC exam on his fourth attempt and secured AIR 101.
