Scholarships and internships 🏁
Internship by Ministry of Women and Child Development: It offers a paid internship program for women students, scholars, social activists, and teachers. The program aims to provide exposure to the ministry's policies and programs and enable interns to contribute to policy formulation. You can choose between one and two-month durations and will receive a stipend of Rs.20,000 per month, reimbursement of travel costs, and hostel facilities. Applications can be submitted between the 1st and 10th of each month, and up to ten interns will be selected per batch.
National Means-cum-merit Scholarship: It provides scholarships to economically weaker students in India to encourage them to continue their education. The scheme offers one lakh fresh scholarships to selected students of class IX every year with an amount of Rs. 12,000 per annum, and the eligibility criteria include parental income not exceeding Rs. 3,50,000 per annum, a minimum of 55% marks in Class VII, and regular attendance in a government, government-aided, or local body school.
